Shipping policy

There is a $30 minimum purchase to have items shipped.  In general, in-stock items ship the next business day.  We ship using UPS and therefore require a physical address, not a PO Box.

We attempt to keep the inventory levels online up to date, but sometimes our inventory is incorrect and we may not have the item you ordered.  If this is the case, you will be notified by email, and given the choice to wait for the item to return to stock (you will be provided an estimated wait time), choose a different item, or receive a full refund.

Shipping is done by flat rate within the continental United States only.  Rates are higher for States that are zones 4 and 5 from Atlanta, GA.  These include: Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Arizona, California and Maine.  Most items on the website ship using the following calculation (some larger bulkier items have a higher cost):

Bogg Bag shipping is based on the number of bags.  Base shipping is $15 per bag in the first shipping rate category (1 small bag ships free when included with a large bag).  Base shipping for the listed states is $25.  So, ordering 2 large bags in Washington will charge $50.  When the bags are shipped, if the actual shipping cost is less than what you paid, we will refund you the difference.
